The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment By Eckhart Tolle

There are few books that bettered my negotiation and conflict resolution/management abilities as much as Eckhart Tolle's book The Power of Now.

Eckhart's work in general and this book in particular have motivated me to write my book The Romance of Ego & Conflict as he made me realize things about confrontational situations as no one had done before. What I've called 'human characteristics – listed in two of my books: The Matrix of Conflict and The I win Conflict & Negotiation Approach – which are responsible to the occurrence of conflicts, are better understood and more importantly can be better managed.
